To deepen the corporate culture of Camco Group, forge cross-departmental synergy, and galvanize the entire workforce for the challenges ahead, on July 18, Camco Motors (Zambia) Ltd., a subsidiary of Camco Group, grandly held its semi-annual team building celebration under the core theme of "Unite with One Heart, Meet Every Objective." Members of the Group's senior management were present on site, while employees from home and abroad gathered together to review the first half of the year, build consensus, and recharge in an immersive event that balanced warmth with strength.

All employees were randomly assigned to teams for a series of competitive challenges. General Manager’s Address
After the luncheon, the Semi Annual Review and Recognition Ceremony officially commenced. Mr. Liu Qingcheng, General Manager of Camco Motors, delivered a pivotal mid year address. He began by extending sincere gratitude to all employees for their dedication and perseverance in overcoming challenges during the first half of the year, and fully acknowledged the phased achievements made across various business units in areas such as market development, operations management, and team building. He emphasized that all the remarkable accomplishments of the first half stemmed from the collective dedication and practical efforts of every colleague—every breakthrough embodied the sweat and commitment of the entire team.

The ceremony also featured the Outstanding Employee Recognition Awards, honoring exemplary performers and setting role models for the workforce.
