To break down departmental communication barriers, strengthen team cohesion, and enrich corporate culture, the Group organized a “United in Purpose” themed teambuilding event for its Chinabased employees from June 12 to 14.

On the first day of the event, participants visited Langya Ancient City for a cultural and historical exploration. The group toured the city’s seven themed districts—including Langya Mystic Realm, Langya Golden Age, Yizhou Trade Zone, and Yimeng Old Street—and watched live performances such as National Show of Langya (an indoor immersive theatrical production), Only Langya (an immersive promenade performance), and Water Show (a water dance and light spectacle), fully immersing themselves in the millenniaold Qilu culture. Along the way, employees walked together and engaged in warm conversations.

The next day, all participants took part in the themed expansion activity “Tracing Camco Craftsmanship, CoBuilding the CAMCO Chapter.” For this teambuilding exercise, all members were divided into three teams to collaborate on group tasks. The mission consisted of three phases: an APPintegrated realworld scavenger hunt, a team floor curling competition, and a “Super Tycoon” challenge. After each team collected all the required mission items, they jointly assembled the Group’s brand logo—symbolizing the unity, alignment, and collective effort of all Camco people.

Following the adventure challenges, the floor curling and “Super Tycoon” fun competitions were carried out in an orderly manner. That evening, against the backdrop of a blazing bonfire, the facilitators delivered a summary of the teambuilding activities and presented awards to outstanding teams and individuals. This event effectively brought employees from different departments closer together and further strengthened team cohesion.

On the return journey, the company arranged a visit to the Yishui Underground Grand Canyon, where employees observed billionyearold karst formations and experienced the underground river rafting—certified by the Shanghai Great World Guinness Records Headquarters as “China’s Longest Karst Cave Rafting.” Stalactites, streams, and waterfalls complemented each other within the cave, and the unique natural landscape allowed everyone to truly feel the majestic and resilient power of nature. As they traversed the cave, employees reminded and looked out for one another, honing their perseverance in overcoming challenges through shared exploration, and gaining a profound understanding of the principle that only by uniting as one and walking side by side can we achieve steady and lasting progress.

Individual strength is limited; it is collective power that enables steady and lasting progress. This teambuilding event was not only a time for rest and rejuvenation but also a cohesive team reinvention: breaking down communication barriers across business units, enhancing mutual understanding and trust among all employees; integrating the corporate mission and core values into the experiential activities, so that the spirit of “winning together” is internalized in the heart and externalized in action; and, through immersive cultural and natural experiences, fully inspiring everyone’s intrinsic drive to strive for excellence, pioneer, and forge ahead.
