During the visit, the Lonking team toured various business segments of the Group, gaining an understanding of Camco Group's industrial layout and local talent development initiatives. They experienced firsthand the Group's value philosophy of "customer-centricity and shared growth," as well as its commitment to rooting itself in Africa and pursuing in-depth industrial development, which they positively recognized.

The delegation conducted on-site inspections of the machinery business yard, maintenance workshop, and spare parts and warehousing areas, examining the integrated operational system covering equipment display, repair services, and parts supply. They affirmed the Group's local operational capabilities and supply chain support strengths.

Following the on-site inspections, the two parties convened a dedicated business exchange meeting. Benefiting from more than a decade of cooperation accumulated since 2013, the two sides have established mutual respect and trust. The Camco team presented the current status of cooperative business operations and provided an objective review of market conditions. The two parties focused on deliberating the 2027 annual cooperation plan and reached multiple areas of consensus.

The two sides will optimize product adaptation in line with the characteristics of the Zambian market, strengthen brand operations through the local network, improve the spare parts supply guarantee system, uphold the value orientation of customer-centricity, and continuously enhance end-customer service capabilities.

This exchange further consolidated the foundation of mutual trust between the two parties, clarified the direction for subsequent cooperation, and laid a solid foundation for jointly deepening the Zambian market and achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
